Salary Range: $95/hr to $105/hr on W2 Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in managing complex technical construction environments.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience managing data center or mission-critical construction projects, or equivalent expertise.
- Familiarity with hyperscale builds and infrastructure planning.
- Experience with AWS and Bluebeam software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Prior work experience in the industry or with similar clients.
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
PreferredSkills & Qualifications
- Experience with Revit software.
- Knowledge of client DCD standards.
- Familiarity with hyperscale builds and infrastructure planning.
- Lead projects from design through Ready for Service (RFS).
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and contractor performance.
- Drive safety performance, quality assurance, schedule adherence, and cost control.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, turnover documentation, and operational readiness processes.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment with ITIM and regional delivery teams.
- Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and operational excellence.
