About the Role
This is the senior marketing leader who owns Seekr's brand and creative output as an integrated production function - brand visual identity, video production, motion design, photography, event creative, web visual standards, executive communications design, and the daily creative work that puts Seekr in front of buyers across every surface. The role lives at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, and production management.
Video is the new center of gravity. Buyers increasingly evaluate AI providers through video - customer stories, product walkthroughs, executive thought leadership, demos, conference recordings - and Seekr's creative function needs to be built for that reality, not bolted onto an older content motion. You will own the video strategy, the video calendar, the production capability (in-house and agency-supported), and the standard for what ships.
This is a manager‑of‑craft role with a real team. A Senior Manager, Brand & Creative reports to you, owning day‑to‑day brand stewardship and content production. A Senior Designer (hiring) reports to you, owning visual design across all surfaces. An external creative agency supports the function on video and other high‑craft work; you direct that relationship as a buyer who knows what good looks like and can transition work in‑house where the math favors it.
The function reports to the CMO and partners closely with Technical Product Marketing on product visualization, Demand Generation on campaign creative, PR & Communications on earned content design and executive content, and Web & Digital on the web visual surface. Creative does not sit downstream of marketing; creative is one of the most credible expressions of Seekr's positioning, and you treat it as such.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Own Seekr's brand visual identity end-to-end - the system, its application across every surface, and its evolution as the company scales. The brand is a tool, not a constraint; lead by using it well.
- Build and run the video production capability - strategy, calendar, in‑house production, agency direction, post‑production workflows. Treat video as a core competency, not a side project.
- Set a cinematic bar for Seekr's video quality - film‑grade storytelling, pacing, sound, and color, not corporate‑explainer templates. As an AI company, Seekr should be visibly working at the frontier of what AI makes possible in video; the work should make that obvious the moment someone hits play, without ever tipping into generic AI slop.
- Own the blend of AI‑generated and live‑action. The strongest work sits at the seam - generative sequences woven with real footage and b‑roll, where AI extends what a camera could capture rather than replacing it. Know when a shot should be filmed, when it should be generated, and when the power is in the cut between the two.
- Direct the external creative agency relationship - scope, standards, budget, deliverables. Where the agency is delivering, scale the engagement. Where it isn't, manage to better outcomes or transition work in‑house.
- Manage, coach, develop, and hire additional team members as scope warrants.
- Partner with Technical Product Marketing on product visualization - architecture diagrams, product walkthrough videos, technical illustration, demo design. AI architecture is hard to communicate visually; do it well.
- Partner with Demand Generation on campaign creative - concept, art direction, production. Where they own the campaign, you own the look, the feel, and the production quality.
- Partner with PR & Communications on executive content design, earned content visualization, and social creative - including the video and motion content that increasingly carries executive thought leadership.
- Partner with the GTM team on event creative - booth graphics, signage, presentation design, on‑stage production for federal and commercial events.
