This full‑time position works evenings and one weekend day shift at our on‑site Reston office. The role supports our operations, clients, and team members.

• Client Relations
  :
  Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and meeting with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
• Scheduling
  :
  Coordinating and managing complex schedules for employees and clients, ensuring no details are overlooked and everyone is where they need to be.
• Operational Support
  :
  Assisting with errands, marketing events, and maintaining the office and grooming vans. Occasionally performing pet care visits for dogs and cats.
