SCALIS seeks an entrepreneurial customer success/operator to own onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer health. You will capture user feedback and partner with product/engineering to shape direction, while maintaining strong relationships that drive expansions and renewals.
You will also help with contract processes alongside the legal team, create playbooks and templates for scalable success, and work with founders on GTM experiments as the company scales.
