The Role

We're looking for a warm, dedicated Infant Assistant Teacher to join our classroom team immediately. In this role, you'll work closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich environment for our youngest learners.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Lead Teacher to plan and deliver meaningful, project-based learning experiences
• Observe, document, and track each child's growth and development using classroom technology
• Prepare lesson materials and contribute fresh ideas to the curriculum
• Serve as a caring role model and maintain the safety and well-being of all children in your care
• Build strong relationships with families through parent meetings, school events, and community activities
• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve classroom experiences

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required; CDA or Associate's Degree preferred
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• Familiarity with Reggio Emilia-inspired or project-based learning environments is a strong plus
• Highly professional, dependable, and adaptable
• A genuine love for children and a commitment to early childhood education
