About This Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for working with your teaching team to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters a love for learning, promotes social and emotional development, and encourages creativity through play-based activities. There are currently opportunities in both our 18-24 month classroom and the 24+ month classroom.

We are looking for a Toddler Teacher who can provide high-quality instruction and care to young children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Working with a teaching team to design and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and meet the unique needs of our students.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.
- Engaging children in hands‑on activities, storytelling, and interactive play to enhance their cognitive and social skills.
- Observing and assessing children's progress, documenting developmental milestones, and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Maintaining open and positive communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and behavior.
- Working closely with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Ensuring the health and safety of all children, adhering to school policies and state regulations.
Education:
BA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred or a High School diploma in addition to a current CDA or college coursework.
Experience:
Previous experience working with infant/toddler aged children is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Certification:
Infant/Toddler CDA preferred (if no degree).
- Candidate must pass all required state and federal background checks in order to be eligible for hire.
