* Minimum qualifications:

* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 14 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

+ Experience in people management.

* Preferred qualifications:

* + 12 years of experience in energy project development, commercial negotiations, or business development for infrastructure, power generation, data center projects, or related industries.

+ 6 years of experience managing teams in commercial negotiation, investments, or business development.

+ Demonstrated experience developing and negotiating complex, first-of-a-kind energy or infrastructure partnerships, for e.g., power purchase agreements (PPAs) or utility interconnection contracts.

+ Familiarity with emerging energy technologies, such as next-gen geothermal, advanced nuclear, energy storage (batteries or non-electrochemical), and decarbonization solutions (e.g., carbon capture).

+ Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in an ambiguous and changing technical environment.
