Responsibilities- Review RFPs and work orders
- Perform site visits (if local)
- Perform takeoffs
- Research plans and coordinate with local jurisdictions
- Attend meetings with HOA boards, property managers & property owners
- Develop estimates in In Eight
- Build scopes with assumptions/exclusions
- Manage proposal timelines
- Communicate with clients
- Coordinate handoff to PMs
- Track proposals
- Support change orders
- Ability to read and interpret construction civil drawings such as plan views, details, cross sections, and profiles.
- Provide accurate take off quantities.
- Attention to detail and understanding critical importance of hitting due dates.
- Civil/Stormwater/Landscaping estimating experience.
- Production-based estimating ability.
- Strong communication skills.
