• Review RFPs and work orders
• Perform site visits (if local)
• Perform takeoffs
• Research plans and coordinate with local jurisdictions
• Attend meetings with HOA boards, property managers & property owners
• Develop estimates in In Eight
• Build scopes with assumptions/exclusions
• Manage proposal timelines
• Communicate with clients
• Coordinate handoff to PMs
• Track proposals
• Support change orders

• Ability to read and interpret construction civil drawings such as plan views, details, cross sections, and profiles.
• Provide accurate take off quantities.
• Attention to detail and understanding critical importance of hitting due dates.
• Civil/Stormwater/Landscaping estimating experience.
• Production-based estimating ability.
• Strong communication skills.
