Responsibilities

* Review RFPs and work orders

* Perform site visits (if local)

* Perform Takeoffs

* Research plans and coordinate with local jurisdictions

* Attend meetings with HOA boards, property managers & property owners

* Develop estimates in In Eight

* Build scopes with assumptions/exclusions

* Manage proposal timelines

* Communicate with clients

* Coordinate handoff to PMs

* Track proposals

* Support change orders

Required Qualifications:

* Ability to read and interpret construction civil drawings. Plan views and details/cross sections/profiles.

* Provide accurate take off quantities.

* Attention to detail and understanding critical importance of hitting due dates.

* Civil/Stormwater/Landscaping estimating experience

* Production-based estimating ability

* Strong communication skills
