Project Engineer – Site/Civil Engineering & Land Development

• Showcase Your Expertise

  Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, roadway design, and more.
• Lead Projects
  :
  Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring flawless execution at every phase.
• Navigate Permitting
  :
  Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across governmental agencies, leveraging local expertise to streamline processes.
• Strategize Permitting
  :
  Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for expansive developments and compact commercial projects.
• Engage & Grow
  :
  Participate in marketing initiatives, enhance company presence, and build strong relationships with clients and government entities.
• Drive Success
  :
  Deliver exceptional projects and ensure high levels of client satisfaction, contributing to overall company growth.

• Educational Background
  :
  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.
• Professional Certification
  : PE Licensure required.
• Local Experience
  :
  Relevant work experience in Virginia preferred.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water
  
  CAD, Storm
  
  CAD, and Sewer
  
  CAD preferred.
