RF Systems Engineer
We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented RF Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize radio frequency systems and components that support cutting-edge communications, radar, and signal processing technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot system performance, and implement solutions that ensure reliability and efficiency in complex RF environments.

Position Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RF systems and components
- Perform RF system testing and validation
- Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance issues
- Develop and document technical specifications for RF systems
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to optimize system integration
- Ensure RF system compliance with regulatory standards
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in RF simulation tools like HFSS or CST
- Expertise in RF circuit design and analysis
- Knowledge of frequency spectrum management
- Hands-on experience with RF testing equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory
- Ability to design and analyze antenna systems
Desired
Skills:
- Familiarity with phased array systems and beamforming
- Understanding of satellite communication systems
- Knowledge of RF safety and exposure standards
- Experience with millimeter-wave (mmWave) technologies
- Expertise in developing RF systems for harsh environments
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in RF signal processing
