* Seeking a Naval Architecture and Marine Engineer to research and respond to maintenance related technical feedback report submissions and other special projects from Military Sealift Command (MSC).

Experience:

◦ Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

* + Must be a US Citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Confidential clearance

+ BS Degree in engineering or naval architecture program

+ Familiarization with Navy and MSC maintenance and logistics programs

+ Four years of post-graduate marine, power, or manufacturing plant technical exp.

+ Familiar with commercial ship operations, maintenance concepts, programs and procedures

+ NAVSEA Level I Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Training or equivalent covering requirements of MIL-P-24534A

+ If no degree, the person must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and ability (years of experience can be concurrent):

+ Eight years of equivalent technical experience in Naval Architecture, Marine or other Naval Engineering work

+ Four years of commercial or Navy experience with maintenance concepts, programs and procedures
