Job Overview

We are looking for a Civil & Industrial Engineer Expert to support the development of all‑source intelligence reports, providing actionable intelligence and context for our military clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to work under pressure to provide critical recommendations to our warfighters and national security stakeholders.

• Support the development of all‑source intelligence reports and deliver actionable intelligence to clients.
• Conduct capability or limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis, characterizations, and facility and vulnerability assessments across sub‑disciplines such as environmental, power system, pipeline, petroleum, structural, manufacturing, geotechnical, transportation, highway, material science, seismic, construction, hydrology, and water‑resource engineering.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate classified and open‑source intelligence, identify intelligence gaps, and produce detailed all‑source assessments.
• Collaborate and integrate analytic results with related assessments and production efforts.
• Lead efforts requiring high levels of technical expertise, engineering knowledge, and strategic problem‑solving.
• Support multidisciplinary teams through analysis, technical collection planning, and the preparation of in‑depth technical assessments.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex mission requirements.
• Operate autonomously with minimal direction and mentor or supervise team members as needed.

• 12+ years of experience in civil or industrial engineering, including sub‑disciplines such as environmental, power system, pipeline, petroleum, structural, manufacturing, geotechnical, transportation, highway, material science, construction, hydrology, and water‑resource engineering.
• Knowledge of the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.
• Proficiency in producing high‑quality, detailed all‑source assessments and intelligence products on complex foreign industry issues.
• Experience performing vulnerability assessments of individual industrial facilities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering field.
• Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Experience researching, analyzing, and evaluating classified and open‑source intelligence.
• Experience identifying intelligence gaps and submitting collection requirements.
• Knowledge of foreign defense industries, the IC, DoD, and analytic tradecraft standards.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with customers and management, and to brief senior leadership and policymakers.
• Existing TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph already in place.

• Salary range: $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD).
