Civil Engineer – Land Development

Atwell, LLC is a privately owned company delivering consulting, engineering, and construction services across real estate, land development, and energy markets with a national presence.

• Site Plan Excellence:
  Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze project survey data to assess site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
• Comprehensive Reporting:
  Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations such as hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence reports, cost estimates, project schedules, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm sewer reports, permits, stormwater reports, soils reports, earthwork volumes, StormCAD and WaterCAD reports, and preliminary grading.
• Construction Support:
  Provide construction-related services including permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, transmittals, and organize construction documents under senior guidance.
• Engineering Software:
  Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments efficiently and in line with standards.
• Effective Communication:
  Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with staff to ensure seamless coordination.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.

$75,000 - $126,000 USD.
