You will lead projects from entitlements to construction, navigating multiple permitting entitlements across agencies with local Virginia expertise.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) and PE licensure, with Virginia experience preferred and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
