AIAA is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead planning and onsite execution of conferences, exhibitions, and special events, coordinating venues, contracts, and AV and exhibit partners.
Reporting to the Vice President, Event Operations, you’ll oversee onsite operations, collaborate with staff, volunteers, venues, and vendors, and manage event budgets and logistics to deliver outstanding attendee experiences. Some travel (about five trips per year) is required.
