AIAA is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead planning and onsite execution for conferences, exhibitions, and special events. You will source venues, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and coordinate AV, catering, and signage to deliver engaging attendee experiences.
Reporting to the Vice President, Event Operations, you will oversee onsite operations, collaborate with staff and volunteers, and ensure smooth event execution across venues and vendors.
