Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will assess internal customer (colleague) requests and collaborate with your team to solve business needs, use applications and BI tools to explore and understand data, and provide financial insights and solutions.
** THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
** The Investment Operations Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) applications and tools.
* Draft automated business processes and mechanisms to generate meaningful reports to help us deliver on Fannie Mae's vision and purpose.
* Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other tools to drive business decision-making capabilities.
* Contribute to identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, including developing and implementing requirements for new features and enhancements.
* Partner with internal Accounting and Finance teams, serving as the primary point of contact between them and your business line.
** THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
** Minimum Required Experience
* 2 years of relevant experience

Desired Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Commercial real estate or multifamily experience; familiarity with affordable housing is highly preferred
* Strong data analysis skills in Microsoft Excel and with moderately large databases and data sets
* Excellent attention to detail, including when working with large volumes of financial data
* Demonstrated ability to gather accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions, and reliably complete projects on time and as specified
* Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
* Demonstrated aptitude for learning new software programs and/or functionality

Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
