Senior Tax Accountant

Tax Senior – Reston, VA (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our growing finance team in Reston. This role is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys hands-on work, cross-functional collaboration, and taking ownership of compliance and reporting processes across multiple entities.

The Tax Senior will play a key role in ensuring accurate tax compliance, effective reporting, and strong audit readiness across U.S. and Canadian operations. This individual will support a variety of tax functions, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain the company’s strong financial controls.

• Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance activities, with an emphasis on the Americas region.
• Review monthly tax accounts and reconciliations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely follow‑up on open items.
• Prepare tax-related schedules and documentation required for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Compile and deliver recurring and ad hoc tax reports, metrics, dashboards, and other analytics for leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong experience in corporate tax compliance, preferably with exposure to direct tax.
