Senior Project Finance Controller

• Maintain project forecasts to assist the project team with effective financial planning.
• Work side‑by‑side with Project Managers as the Finance Representative on project teams.
• Build collaborative relationships with various ICF departments.
• Communicate with management regarding financial results and risks.
• Review and manage project monthly revenue recognition procedures, in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare and analyze project forecasting, including EAC and ETC.
• Set up and maintain projects in ERP (Deltek Costpoint).
• Assure data quality and ensure timely invoice processing.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar project finance role with a Federal Government contractor
• 5+ years of experience with an ERP system
• 5+ years of experience using MS Office applications, including advanced Excel, e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related disciplines (preferred)
