Position Summary

IMTAS is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and forward-thinking individual to serve as the Finance and Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the entire spectrum of finance and accounting operations for a fast-paced, Federal government contracting environment. The individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's financial health, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. This leadership position requires deep expertise in Federal contract accounting, strong analytical skills, proactive process ownership, and collaborative engagement with executive leadership and operational teams.
