The Mission
At Acorn Financial Services, we serve as a single, proactive team for our clients, expertly navigating complex financial transitions, equity compensation events, and long-term legacy goals. As a Mid-Level Financial Advisor, you are the operational and relational engine of our wealth management practice. Your mission is to proactively manage the client experience, deliver integrated financial plans, and actively guide clients through the nuances of their financial lives, ensuring total alignment with our internal tax and legal strategists.
WhoYou Are
- You value people over hype. You know real wealth management businesses are not built on chasing market trends; they are built on trust. You invest heavily in client relationships, leading with integrity to drive lasting, multi-generational results.
- You are a master of proactive communication. You do not wait for clients to call with problems; you anticipate their needs.
- You deeply understand their tolerance for risk while actively protecting the assets against the dual threats of taxes and inflation.
- You build with the long game in mind. You focus relentlessly on fundamentals. You understand that wealth management is about building financial systems that scale and helping clients make decisions that stand the test of time.
- You seamlessly navigate complexity. You are highly comfortable discussing portfolio rebalancing strategies, macroeconomic market conditions, and estate planning implications within the exact same client conversation.
- Act as the primary, highly proactive point of contact for a dedicated segment of clients. Conduct regular, rigorous performance reviews, discussing market conditions, rebalancing needs, and progress toward goals.
- Deliver and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring all investment strategies are perfectly coordinated with our tax team and our in-house estate attorneys.
- Address highly complex client inquiries, providing exceptional service and judgment, escalating only the most nuanced strategic issues to the Managing Partners.
- Assist in developing and executing investment strategies designed specifically to protect against taxes and inflation, providing ongoing, proactive analysis of assigned client portfolios.
- Guide, manage, and rigorously review the analytical work produced by Junior Advisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and extreme ownership.
- Maintain exceptional retention rates (e.g., 98%+) and high net promoter scores (NPS).
- Measurably decrease the cycle time between financial plan approval by the client and full execution/implementation (e.g., asset transfers, trust funding).
- Proactively identify opportunities to consolidate clients' outside assets by consistently demonstrating the massive value of our holistic, silo-free stewardship approach.
We offer the unparalleled opportunity to work in a true fiduciary, fee-based environment with a firm that manages over $1.4B in assets. You will join a collaborative ecosystem, where we win together by raising our standards daily. We provide highly competitive compensation packages and premium employer-sponsored health plans.
