Sr Manager, Investment Funds

The Sr Manager, Investment Funds, in collaboration with and in support of the firm's strategic initiatives, plays a pivotal role in managing current internal private investment funds as well as leading fundraising coordination for anticipated future funds. The role will oversee the fund administration, partnering with internal and external partners to ensure a best-in class fund management platform, including reporting, governance, capital activity, investor communications, and ongoing investment operations.

This individual works with a wide range of internal leaders and external partners while helping build scalable processes that support growth, innovation, and long-term returns.

** Responsibilities
* * Maintains shared repositories, trackers, templates, governance materials, and process documentation to ensure continuity, consistency, and institutional knowledge across fund vintages.
** Desired Skills
** Experience in professional services firms and coordinating across legal, accounting, tax, treasury, compliance, and third-party administrators strongly preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent work streams, deadlines, and stakeholders. Strong written communication skills, including preparation of investor-facing and executive-facing materials. Strong analytical skills and comfort translating complex investment, accounting, and reporting details into clear summaries.

Experience preparing or supporting investment memos, due diligence materials, scorecards, board/committee materials, and reporting packages. Ability to work effectively across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and external service providers. High level of attention to detail, follow-through, judgment, and discretion. Ability to build structure, process discipline, and operational continuity in a growing or evolving fund environment. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with shifting priorities.

Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and document management skills; experience with fund administrators, investor portals, or related reporting tools preferred.

** 8 years' relevant experience in one or more of the following: private funds, investment management, fund administration, investor reporting, fund accounting, transaction execution support, private equity/venture operations, or similar financial services environments.

The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $164,204 - $217,575 per year depending on the candidate's geographic market location.

The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
