As an All‑Source Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. You will generate written intelligence products in accordance with Intelligence Community tradecraft standards, using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools, and brief the analysis to senior DoD leaders.

You will produce whitepapers, regional threat analyses and assessments, and short and long‑term assessments.

• Experience with all‑source analysis production, including analytic tradecraft, ICD 203 and 206, and DIA writing style.

• Knowledge of applying and querying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases.

• Ability to independently develop high‑quality tailored deliverables including actionable leads, ICD‑compliant written products, and formal or informal briefings.

• Ability to adjust to changing mission requirements and deliver products within a short time frame.

• Ability to collaborate with other mission partners on production and take lead briefing at unique events.

• Ability to show a score of 3 or above in listening, reading, and writing on the DLPT in the Mandarin language.

• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis, or 7+ years of experience with analysis in lieu of a degree.

• Knowledge of nuclear and WMD actors, including either state or non‑state actors.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements.
