ASSESSMENT FACTORS

Takes the initiative to make extra contributions to cross-organization efforts.

Functions as an advisor for subject matter experts (SMEs) in new and emerging capabilities for scientific or technical concepts related to the Intelligence Mission.

Develops, justifies, and manages organization-wide budgets for annual projects and programs.

Determines and allocates the level and mixture of program resources and operational prioritization and redirects resources as necessary.

Interprets complex strategy and policy problems by applying expert knowledge of policy, strategy, and programs to solve problems.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS

Coordinates with IC partners to align program objectives to Agency and IC strategic plans.
