Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst Award est. 2026-Q3
DIA's $42M intelligence analysis and production support contract is entering final option year with a recompete expected Q3 2026. The work spans OSINT collection and exploitation, GEOINT-adjacent all-source fusion, and indications & warning (I&W) support directly to DIA senior analysts and policymakers. This is one of the few large SDVOSB set-asides in the all-source intelligence community.
What You'd Be DoingYou’ll be embedded with DIA analytical directorates, supporting finished intelligence production from multi-INT sources. The day-to-day involves fusing classified and open-source reporting into assessments that feed senior leadership — think DIA Watch Officer briefings, not tactical intelligence. Strong writing is as important as analytical tradecraft here; products go to consumers who don’t have time for hedged language.
Why Position Yourself NowDIA analytic support contracts move on key personnel commitments at proposal stage — meaning companies write specific names into their technical proposal 90 days before award. A cleared senior analyst with DIA past performance who introduces themselves to CACI or Man Tech’s DIA account teams now has a realistic shot at being named in the winning proposal.
Clearance NoteActive TS/SCI is the floor. DIA often requires SCI access to specific compartments relevant to their analytical mission — current access to any DIA-adjacent compartments should be surfaced early in conversations with prospective employers.
Education RequirementBachelor’s in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or related field
