We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility
. The role involves working closely with patients to exercise, practice daily tasks, motivate, correct posture, maintain accurate records, set up equipment, and keep the environment clean and safe.

• Assist patients with exercises or functional tasks, correcting form, motivating, and ensuring safety.
• Review and administer individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress.
• Support patients who use devices such as walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.
• Mentor and encourage patients during major life changes, providing support and advice.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, clean, and safe.

• Current state licensing for physical therapy assistance required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work well and make decisions in a high‑stress environment.
