Overview

Seeking a qualified and experienced Travel CST for a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) position. This role will involve assisting surgeons during complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.

• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a sterile field.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide instruments, supplies, and medications.
• Assist with patient positioning and draping.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Full-time
• 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• BLS certification required.
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting is required.

• Proficient in cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a surgical team.
