Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapy position is located in a healthcare organization in Reston, Virginia. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to support patient recovery and return to community activities. The therapist will implement evidence-based interventions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and promote patient and employee safety throughout clinical practice.

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 0.0 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the State of Virginia.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy settings, previous assignment with the organization or same agency is highly desired.
- Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, document clinical notes, and participate in student training and professional development. Compliance with state practice acts, maintaining licensure, and adhering to performance improvement initiatives are essential.
