Overview

Hyatt is a place of learning – similar to a university. The company offers many ways for me to learn and grow, both professionally and personally.

Event servers are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They make sure the function space looks visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

• Preferred candidates will have an understanding of state and local serving guidelines. Good communication skills are required since this position involves a high level of customer interaction. Previous food & beverage related experience is preferred, along with previous customer service experience.
