Description Crescent Hotels & Resorts is honored to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented Restaurant Host for the JW Marriott Reston Station Hotel.

Experience a new level of luxury at JW Marriott Reston Station, a 28-story landmark that overlooks Reston Row, with 247 rooms across 12 floors and 35,000 sq ft of luxury meeting space. This property includes two ballrooms and the JW Residences across the remaining floors. The hotel is located along the Silver Line Metro, between Dulles International and Reagan National airports, offering convenient access to the capital region.

The Simon A refined dining destination where modern American and Mid-Atlantic cuisine meet elevated hospitality. The Simon celebrates seasonal ingredients, coastal inspirations, and chef-driven flavors in a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere.

Schar Bar A vibrant lounge offering bold cocktails, curated Amaro selections, and shareable plates—where flavor and finesse come together in every pour and plate.

JW Market Café Freshly brewed coffee, artisan pastries, and gourmet grab-and-go options — fueling your day with style and convenience from the heart of the JW Marriott.

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer seating choices, escort them to their table, and present the menu.
• Read, maintain, and enter daily notes to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper setup of dining room.
• Receive reservations and arrange special functions in the restaurant.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Ability to meet standards of appearance.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis.
• Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers as a team player.
