Show guests to rooms and assist with their luggage;
Explain all hotel facilities, their location, hours of operation, and answer questions about these facilities;
Check luggage for hotel guests both for day and overnight;
Maintain the designated bellstand in the lobby and baggage room, and keep lobby doors/windows clean when not busy;
Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner;
Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms; perform airport pick-ups and drop-offs in a timely and friendly manner
