• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Training and mentoring housekeeping staff to maintain consistency and quality.
• Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Addressing guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team.
• A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
