Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner to join our best-in-class HR team. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive culture and leader effectiveness through influence and trusted relationships with the senior leaders they support, aligning HR strategy with organizational vision and long-term business growth.

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for providing high-quality HR products/services to assigned client groups in HR related disciplines which may include, but is not limited to, performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and employee relations matters. Acts as a strategic advisor to the business leaders, combining HR expertise with strong business acumen to align HR strategies with company goals.

Responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, developing and executing project initiatives such as attrition, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development. Analyze HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement and support business goals. Knowledgeable in organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives; partner with their teammates and and/or WR as appropriate for complex org designs.

Coach and advise senior leaders on people management, performance management, and employee engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execution of critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partners and Business/Operations groups to provide high-impact HR solutions.
  • Support employee relations, ethics, or compliance investigations (initial interviews & fact gathering); maintain tracking for issues/concerns and handle inquiries from employees or managers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the business leaders and employees
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, in support of HR programs and policies.
  • Counsel managers and employees on situational issues; participates in internal investigations, corrective actions, and coaching, to resolve employee conflicts
  • Consistent application of QTC HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions
  • Other HR projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • 7 years of professional level broad-based experience in HR, including employee relations and knowledge and understanding of EEO laws, Affirmative Action, and conflict resolution
  • Working knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, and compliance requirements
  • Technically competent in Microsoft Office programs, and previous experience with HR management software
  • Excellent team building skills, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the HR strategic partnership in driving business results
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Must have strong communication skills to include verbal, written, and interpersonal
