What You'll Do:

* Design, implement, and optimize company-wide benefits programs that support our employees and business goals.

* Own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management.

* Lead annual open enrollment and drive clear, effective benefits communication.

* Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).

* Partner with HR and business leaders to guide benefits strategy and decision-making.

* Manage regulatory filings and reporting with accuracy and confidence.

* Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.

* Lead and develop a team of HR Associates who support benefits enrollment, onboarding, terminations, relocations, and ADA accommodations.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

* 8+ years of experience in benefits design/administration

* Proven leadership experience

* Strong understanding of compliance requirements

* Experience working with self-insured plans (preferred)

* Advanced Excel and analytical skills

* A detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset

Compensation

* Total compensation landing around $150k+, depending on experience (including our 25% annual bonus opportunity)
