Job Summary

The Senior Talent Development Specialist is a seasoned Talent Management professional responsible for the high‑level design, development, and enterprise delivery of talent development programs that align to business strategy and organizational priorities. This role is part of the Talent Management COE and partners closely with the Design and Delivery teams to ensure consistent, high‑impact talent development programming across the enterprise, while leveraging analytics, insights, and continuous improvement practices to optimize program effectiveness.

As a part‑time telework position, the role requires a minimum of three days of in‑person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in‑person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Major Responsibilities Program Design & Development
  • Work in concert with COE colleagues to research and recommend new talent development programs and evaluate current ones to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Design and Delivery teams to design, develop, and pilot talent development programs, including associated toolkits, facilitator guides, and participant resources.
  • Support the development of enterprise talent frameworks, program architectures, and learning journeys.
  • Contribute to the creation of assessment tools, surveys, and development experiences aligned to talent priorities.
Program Delivery & Execution
  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of talent development programs across the enterprise scope.
  • Ensure programs are delivered consistently and aligned to intended design and outcomes.
  • Support deployment and/or vendor coordination for talent development experiences.
Program Governance & Collaboration
  • Provide guidance to Talent Development colleagues on program standards, processes, and delivery expectations.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure talent development programs meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate across regions and teams to ensure alignment and scalability of talent development offerings.
Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with Talent Management and Data & Analytics teams to develop and monitor program metrics and dashboards.
  • Support evaluation strategies, including surveys, focus groups, and performance data analysis, to assess program effectiveness.
  • Identify insights and recommend continuous improvement actions to enhance program impact.
  • Ensure alignment of talent development programs with broader performance management and talent development processes.
Work Environment & Scope
  • Work with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Address diverse and complex Talent Management challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors and stakeholder needs.
  • Engage with senior internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to drive talent development outcomes.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working in complex, global organizations is preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Highly skilled Talent Management professional with strong expertise in talent development program design and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively, using professional judgment and experience.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging metrics, dashboards, and program evaluation methodologies.
