- Identify and attract top real estate agents to join City Scape Metro Group
- Evaluate candidates for cultural and professional alignment
- Build and maintain a strong network through industry events and social media
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process
- Assist in onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Foster ongoing relationships with recruits, supporting their long-term success
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate recruiting or talent acquisition
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong networking abilities to engage top real estate professionals
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment
- Proficiency with recruiting software and virtual networking tools
