Job Summary:In this position, you will lead a Talent Acquisition team to ensure all staffing and recruitment targets are met. You will develop strong relationships with Senior HR Business Partners, hiring managers and professional organizations to understand and forecast Bechtel's Talent Acquisition needs. You will evaluate metrics and lead sourcing strategies to ensure business goals are met.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership

Major Responsibilities:- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of Recruitment Coordinators
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; holds them accountable for following company processes and procedures
- Supports hiring managers by ensuring candidates are dispositioned quickly and efficiently
- Resolves escalated issues
- Evaluates TA metrics as needed to support business needs
- Ensures staffing needs are met in compliance with relevant laws and requirements and diversity and inclusion goals are met
- Participates in strategic TA initiatives
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8
-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience

- Demonstrated success managing complex, high-volume, or strategic hiring initiative
- Able to resolve a wide range of complex recruiting issues independently
- Recognized as an advanced contributor with specialized expertise
- Exercises sound judgment and influences decisions across multiple stakeholders
