The Opportunity:CACI is seeking an HR Business Consultant (Vice President, Leadership) to address the strategic business challenges and opportunities in the organization. The HR Business Consultant has deep expertise in talent strategies and solutions, including leadership coaching, executive selection, integrating new leaders, succession planning, change management, organizational effectiveness, and consulting with executive leadership on a variety of human capital consulting needs. The HR Consultant ensures that senior leadership is supported as they address the strategic business opportunities and challenges in the organization.
This position is located in Reston, Virginia, five (5) days per week on site/in office.
- Providing direct consulting to the business on talent strategies and problem solving in the areas of executive selection, succession, leadership integration, engagement, retention, culture, environment, coaching, change management and the employee value proposition
- Dynamically address strategic priorities with creative problem solving
- Collaborates with senior leadership to select executive-level talent with exceptional leadership skills. Serves on interview panels for executive positions, actively participating and providing valuable feedback.
- Partners with the new executives to support their successful transition into the new roles, including transitional coaching, goal setting and establishing 90-day plan
- Supports organizational succession planning and high potential talent identification process to strengthen leadership pipeline and readiness across CACI
- Partner and collaborate across HR functions to drive business results while providing talent solutions that are aligned with CACI strategy
- Serve as a trusted advisor to P&L and Functional business leaders
- Proficient use of analytical skills to interpret and communicate data effectively and responsibly to understand
