Bechtel is looking for an HR Communications Manager to work hand in glove with our Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams to communicate effectively across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and storytelling - translating HR priorities into communications that build trust, drive action, and reflect who we are.

The right candidate is a strong writer with excellent judgment and a steady hand. You know when to be plainspoken and when to be warm. You can build a change communications plan for a major organizational shift on Monday and write a benefits enrollment campaign that people actually open on Tuesday. You're curious about how AI and new channels can help us reach a workforce that spans offices, job sites, and everything in between.

The right candidate is much more than a strong writer. They are a trusted advisor who understands audiences, asks the right questions, challenges assumptions, and helps turn business and people priorities into communications strategies that drive understanding and action. They know that sending an email isn't a communications strategy-and will think creatively about the right message, messenger, channel, timing, and experience for every audience.

You'll join a Corporate Affairs & Marketing organization that is actively evolving how we communicate.
