Are you a dynamic Cloud Sales Professional ready to make an impact in the Federal space by driving enterprise modernization and innovation with cutting-edge technology? Oracle Government, Defense, and Intelligence is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Cloud Account Executive to accelerate cloud adoption and digital transformation across key federal agencies including Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Labor (DOL), Housing & Urban Development (HUD), and US Courts.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the office or at client sites. Candidates must be based in the greater Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities- Own and execute a strategic growth plan to exponentially increase cloud adoption year-over-year, delivering mission-critical solutions within the appropriate federal cloud regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for your clients, aligning Oracle Cloud solutions to support their unique missions.
- Manage your territory throughout the entire sales cycle—including business development, prospecting, contract negotiation, and post-sales support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across capture and business development, software, consulting, and hardware.
- Stay on the leading edge of technology, understanding data platform solutions, emerging AI capabilities, and Dev Sec Ops models, to deliver Oracle IaaS and PaaS solutions to mission-critical challenges.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with business partners and system integrators, identifying and maximizing opportunities for mutual success.
- 8+ years of technology field sales experience, including significant cloud technology sales experience.
- Deep understanding of the Federal Government marketplace, preferably Civilian agencies such as DOJ, US Courts, DOL and HUD.
- Proven ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and consistently close new business above quota.
- Exceptional business development, prospecting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success as the primary point of contact for clients on all sales and related matters.
- Familiarity with Oracle and/or Oracle’s competitors is helpful. Must be able—and willing—to quickly learn and master Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications and other details include a disclaimer about US customer or client-facing roles and immunization/occupational health mandates. Range and benefits information provided are specific to the stated locations, with US hiring range from $113,100 to $185,100 per year, eligible for equity and commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges and considers factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and location.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on these factors as well as internal peer equity.
