Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in configuring and maintaining Salesforce Government Cloud Plus environments for high‑visibility public sector projects. Your primary focus will be managing security models, configuring Experience Cloud portals, and ensuring platform health for mission‑critical applications.

The ideal candidate has excellent knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex security and configuration tasks efficiently.

• Configuration Management: Manage custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, and record types for the America First and Financial Disclosure applications.
• Security Administration: Strictly manage Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets to enforce "Private" Organization‑Wide Defaults (OWD) and granular Field Level Security (FLS) for sensitive data (PII/FOCI).
• Experience Cloud: Configure and maintain Customer Community Plus portals, including branding, audience targeting, and page visibility for external agency users.
• Automation: Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows) for record updates, notifications, and complex approvals.
• Environment Management: Manage sandboxes, handle deployment sets, and assist with complex data loads.
• Reporting: Create reports and dashboards for leadership to track risk indicators and submission statuses.
• User Support: Assist in onboarding new users, troubleshooting access issues, and resolving platform errors promptly.

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience preferred
• Government Cloud: Specific experience configuring Salesforce within a Government Cloud (FedRAMP) environment.

  Strong understanding of Sharing Rules, Flow Builder, and Salesforce Shield/Encryption.
• Data Management: Extensive knowledge of data management principles, including deduplication and bulk data loads.

• High preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or an equivalent field.

• Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
