AI​/ML Engineer Security Clearance

Position: 4333 AI/ML Engineer with Security Clearance
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in support of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML architecture and solution design, extensive Python experience, and the ability to work in a secure, classified environment. GENERAL DUTIES:
* Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions from concept through deployment
* Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications
* Translate mission and business requirements into technical AI/ML architectures
* Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, validation, and deployment
* Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems
* Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend solutions aligned with system and mission needs
* Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements within a classified environment
* Document system designs, models, and technical approaches for both technical and non-technical audiences

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field
* 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or closely related roles
* Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
* Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting AI/ML solutions , not just model development
* Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures
* Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments DESIRED

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical field
* Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
* Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
* Experience working in government, defense, or intelligence environments
* Knowledge of cloud or hybrid AI/ML architectures CLEARANCE:
