Software Engineer – RF Lab Testing & AI Integration (Reston-VA Onsite Role)

We’re hiring a Software Engineer with strong RF fundamentals to support hands-on lab testing, automation, and tool development. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge software engineering with RF validation, device testing, and AI-enhanced workflows in a fast-paced, innovation-driven lab environment.

• Perform RF lab testing including device validation, RF measurements, and system-level testing
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline lab workflows
• Support integration of AI/ML and LLM-based models into test platforms
• Troubleshoot lab setups, test equipment, and data pipelines
• Translate RF test requirements into software-driven test cases with RF engineers
• Collect, clean, and analyze RF datasets from lab testbeds
• Maintain lab infrastructure, equipment logs, and documentation
• Build dashboards or utilities to visualize test results

• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or similar
• Solid understanding of RF fundamentals or wireless communications
• Experience with lab testing, device validation, or hardware–software integration
• Strong debugging skills for both software and lab environments
• Comfortable working onsite in a lab setting
• Immediate availability preferred
• Experience with 4G/5G or wireless technologies
• Exposure to AI/ML tools or LLM workflows
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Knowledge of RF data processing, DSP, or signal analysis
• Experience building automation tools or scripts for RF testbeds
