Summary:
We are seeking a leader to own and deliver complex, multi-faceted system portfolios that are critical to Meta's Design, Engineering, & Construction team's success. In this role you'll take full ownership of a broad portfolio of large-scale, system-focused programs, based in industry standard platforms (eg Oracle Primavera, Autodesk ACC, etc.), that are used to improve and accelerate design and construction workflows, data analytics, and decision making for our global construction program.
You’ll shape the direction, strategy, and execution across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams at the intersection of enterprise product companies, technical domains, and business staff. You’ll assemble and inspire technical experts from various work streams to deliver on charters and roadmaps. You will manage every aspect of the systems portfolio—including development, user adoption, optimization, risk management, budget tracking, vendor engagement, and reporting.
You’ll be the single point of contact for all stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and driving continuous improvement. You will guarantee system stability and efficiency, empowering the organization to operate seamlessly and adapt to evolving business needs. Your technical expertise will inform decision-making, support innovation, and ensure our systems portfolio delivers measurable business outcomes. Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of complex, system-focused programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectivesDevelop and implement standards and strategies to enable scalable processes for systems and cross-functional partnersPrioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on strategic relevance, potential benefits, risks, and available capacityDevelop and maintain multi-year roadmaps, investment strategies, and success criteria for the systems programs and portfolioDefine, plan, and manage all aspects of program delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesEnsure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsServe as the single point of contact for all portfolio and program stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partnersManage communications, reporting, and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organizationIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio and individual programsPlan and manage resources (people, budget, vendors) across the portfolio to maximize value and efficiencyTrack and report on program status, budget utilization, forecast needs, and ensure cost-effective deliveryMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management, with a focus on large-scale, complex systems or enterprise environments for large-scale construction organizationsProven success in managing multiple, cross-functional programs or portfolios simultaneouslyProven success in systems development, integration, and lifecycle managementProven success with risk management, data analytics, stakeholder management (including change management), reporting, budget tracking, and vendor managementProven success with leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholdersProven success in communication, stakeholder management, teaching, and reporting skillsProven success in developing and…
