- Strong JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer
- REST/SOAP integrations
- CMDB / Service Mapping
- Experience with full order lifecycle
- Design & build Service Now solutions for telecom order management & inventory
- Deliver workflows across capture, decomposition, provisioning & activation
- Configure ITSM, ITOM, TNI, CSM, SOM/TSM, Flow Designer & Integration Hub
- Develop scripts, automations & integrations with CRM, billing & OSS systems
- Implement TM Forum-aligned orchestration (eTOM/SID)
- Lead code quality, mentor developers & support architecture decisions
- Resolve complex production and performance issues
- CSA / CAD
- TSM
- TM Forum Open APIs
- Large transformation program experience
