Job Summary (Cyber Tool Project Manager)

• Oversee project planning and deployment of Cyber Tools within the Grid Data Center.
• Coordinate and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and availability.
• Manage project lifecycle activities (planning, design, build, test, deploy) to align with goals and timelines.
• Ensure timely communication and status reporting to stakeholders and program management.
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs.
• Lead and facilitate regular team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
• Identify client needs, gather information from stakeholders, and present actionable insights.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure project control, change management, and compliance with governance requirements.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and handle multiple projects as needed.
• Collaborate with supporting organizations and manage resource planning.
• Act as a key representative for program management on business and functional issues.
• Preferred:
  Experience managing technical projects in utility or grid environments, knowledge of NERC-CIP.
