EssentialFunctions & Duties:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, reporting to the Program Manager.
- Develop and track project budgets.
- Create and maintain project management reports including status reports, project overviews, risk reports, project roadmap, and project health report.
- Create and maintain project plans including change management plan, communication plan, customer acceptance plan, release management plan, and quality management/test plan.
- Work with the business development team to create estimates for new project proposals.
- Present project status to customer leadership monthly.
- Provide and implement process improvement recommendations.
- Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more project teams using Agile methodology.
- Provide guidance/oversight for release planning, including collaboration and communication with the Dev Sec Ops team to keep current on deployment readiness.
- Prepare reports and presents to all levels of management and to the Program Manager.
- Ability to understand complex issues and facilitate resolution.
- Ability to triage Kanban team issues based on priority, impact, risk and release timing.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to details.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Detail oriented across multiple different teams, while keeping in mind the larger picture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptable, dependable and independent.
- Developer experience, preferably using Python and Java.
- Experience using or managing Containerized systems.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or an Engineering degree from an accredited
* institution. A required certification may be accepted in lieu of education requirement.
