• Oversee and manage multiple projects, reporting to the Program Manager.
• Develop and track project budgets.
• Create and maintain project management reports including status reports, project overviews, risk reports, project roadmap, and project health report.
• Create and maintain project plans including change management plan, communication plan, customer acceptance plan, release management plan, and quality management/test plan.
• Work with the business development team to create estimates for new project proposals.
• Present project status to customer leadership monthly.
• Provide and implement process improvement recommendations.
• Scrum Master Responsibilities:
• Lead one or more project teams using Agile methodology.

• Provide guidance/oversight for release planning, including collaboration and communication with the Dev Sec Ops  team to keep current on deployment readiness.
• Prepare reports and presents to all levels of management and to the Program Manager.
• Ability to understand complex issues and facilitate resolution.
• Ability to triage Kanban team issues based on priority, impact, risk and release timing.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding time management skills and attention to details.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Detail oriented across multiple different teams, while keeping in mind the larger picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptable, dependable and independent.
• Developer experience, preferably using Python and Java.
• Experience using or managing Containerized systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or an Engineering degree from an accredited
