AboutThe Role
We are building a pipeline of Technical Business Analysts to support upcoming federal programs focused on system modernization, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions align with mission needs and implementations support secure, scalable operations.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit, analyze and document functional and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, workflows and system specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and requirements sessions
- Support modernization efforts including workflow automation and system integration
- Collaborate with developers, architects and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and usability
- Assist with testing activities including UAT planning and validation
- Maintain requirements traceability and documentation
- Support change management and user adoption efforts
- Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical or IT projects
- Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum or hybrid development environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting system implementations, integrations or modernization efforts
- Experience supporting federal programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Power Platform environments
- Experience with workflow automation or business process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting or dashboarding tools
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure Dev Ops
- CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile-related certifications
