The Service Now Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of Service Now professionals to support Intact’s consulting engagements. In addition to sourcing, this individual will conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications, consulting fit, and (when applicable) security clearance status.

The ideal candidate has prior experience sourcing Service Now talent and understands the difference between product-based engineers and consultants who thrive in structured, client-facing environments.

• Talent Sourcing
  • Proactively source Service Now professionals across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, and custom applications
  • Build pipelines for:
    • Service Now Developers
    • Solution / Platform Architects
    • Business Solution Consultants
    • Project Managers
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter, clearance job boards, Service Now community networks, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Map Service Now talent in the DMV and other strategic markets
• Candidate Screening & Qualification
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate:
    • Service Now certifications and implementation lifecycle experience
    • Consulting and client-facing background
    • Experience in enterprise or federal environments
    • Security clearance status or eligibility (Public Trust, Secret, TS, etc.), when applicable
    • Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Document screening notes and provide structured candidate summaries
  • Assess alignment with project requirements and consulting delivery expectations

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on Service Now talent
• Experience conducting technical and behavioral phone screenings
• Strong understanding of the Service Now ecosystem and certification paths
• Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environments
• Experience sourcing cleared candidates or working within federal hiring environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience sourcing cleared candidates and/or supporting federal contract hiring environments
• Experience supporting a Service Now Partner organization
• Experience sourcing in the DMV market
